This notice describes what this website collects and how we use it. It covers twisteddistro.com only.

What you send us through the site

Quotes, equipment inquiries, pickup requests and checkout require your name, phone number, email address and a complete customer address (street, city, state and ZIP code). For delivery, use the equipment's delivery address. For pickup, your customer address is not the collection location and is not automatically treated as the pickup tax location. Company, suite/unit, notes and technical planning answers are optional. These contact requirements apply whether you sign in or continue as a guest.

Account sign-in and Google data

An account is optional; you can browse, request equipment and use checkout as a guest. If you create an account with an email address and password, we store that sign-in identity. If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your email address and basic profile information (such as your name) with us. We request no other Google permissions, and we do not access your Google contacts, files, calendar or other Google services.

How we use it

The garage planner saves equipment selections, room dimensions, positions and view preferences in your browser so you can return to your design. A downloaded plan contains this layout, not your name, email, phone or street address. When you request a quote from a plan, the layout summary is attached to your request for our sales team. Use New plan to start over, or clear this site's browser storage to remove saved local drafts.

We use your sign-in identity to create and recognize your account. We use the details you send through a form to answer your questions and to prepare and send equipment quotes and follow-up messages about that request, coordinate fulfillment, and prepare checkout. Request details are stored with this website's data and shared with our sales team. Pickup requests receive a transactional acknowledgment; submitting an unpaid pickup request does not reserve stock or create a paid order.

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to run this website, host our data and deliver email on our behalf. They process this information for us in order to provide those services. When you proceed to a Stripe payment page, Stripe processes the contact, billing and payment information needed for that transaction. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted payment page, not stored by this website's request forms.

Questions, corrections and deletion

Email sales@twisteddistro.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have your account or request details removed, or to ask any question about this notice. You can also sign out at any time from your account page.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page.
